Allison brings 20+ years of experience across claims administration, underwriting, and brokerage in the insurance industry. Allison leads the growth strategy with a focus on driving meaningful partnerships, expanding market presence, and delivering innovative solutions that support individuals navigating life after injury. Her goal is to help Ametros grow with purpose-by building strong relationships, delivering measurable outcomes, and fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Allison holds a BS in Economics from Texas A&M University and her MBA at the University of Arizona. She is based in Flower Mound, TX, with her husband Bill, their two sons, Tripp and Nash, and dogs Ranger and Lamar. In her free time, she enjoys family time, traveling, and cheering on all Dallas sports teams.

Melissa spearheads all marketing strategy at Ametros, driving growth and brand recognition. She is passionate about creating content and resources to support injured parties after they settle their case, with a heavy focus on digital marketing.

Melissa is a passionate advocate for women’s leadership. She is the Massachusetts Ambassador and on the Marketing Committee for the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation, and is a member of Chief. Melissa graduated from Simmons University with a B.S./B.A. in Marketing and has worked previously at Arnold Worldwide, the Boston Bruins, and Harvard Medical School

Shawn Deane serves as Managing Director of Webster Bank (NYSE: WBS) and General Counsel for Ametros. As a key member of the executive leadership team, Shawn is responsible for overseeing Ametros’ legal, regulatory, and compliance operations. He has nearly twenty years of experience spanning healthcare law, insurance, and Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP). Shawn has previously held leadership positions at leading MSP organizations. He’s an industry expert and thought leader in workers’ compensation, Medicare Set Asides (MSAs) and Medicare compliance.
